Your Mission: Build, Automate, and Innovate

As the founding QC Automation Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our quality standards. Your mission will be to build, innovate, and lead our test automation strategy. What You'll Do: A Deep Dive into Your Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will be varied and exciting, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities that are essential to the success of iNexus-AI. Here's a closer look at what you'll be doing:

• Build from Scratch: You'll design, build, and maintain a robust, scalable test automation framework using Python (e.g., Pytest, Robot Framework, etc.). This is a great opportunity to make a big impact.
• Own API Quality: You will take full ownership of API testing (REST, gRPC), ensuring our backend services are flawless, secure, and performant. You will be responsible for validating the functionality, reliability, performance, and security of our APIs.
• Collaborate Deeply: You'll work as a true partner with our engineering team, embedding quality directly into the development process. You will be the voice of quality in sprint planning, design reviews, and code reviews. Communication is key to working in this environment.
• Execute & Iterate: You'll develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features and complex AI models. Your goal is to identify defects.
• Champion Best Practices: You'll identify, document, and track bugs, and drive the adoption of quality best practices (e.g., CI/CD integration, code coverage). Your work will help the entire team. Your experience will be an asset.

What We're Looking For: Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll need a combination of technical skills, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative spirit. Here are the must-have qualifications:

• Strong Automation Experience: 3+ years in QC/QA with a proven, hands-on ability to build and manage test automation frameworks from zero. You should have a successful track record.
• API Testing Expert: Deep knowledge of API testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Postman, Insomnia, or programmatic testing with Python's requests library). You'll need to know the tools.
